Kingsport Estates West Condominium Association
Kingsport Estates West is a community association consisting of 40 coach homes within the Village of Schaumburg, Illinois. Because the association is small the Board of Directors can be more responsive to homeowner requests. The Declarations of Kingsport Estates West explain the responsibilities of the Association. The Kingsport Estates West Association is more like neighbors helping neighbors than the big impersonal associations.
Board of Directors
All the Board members live in the association, and they maintain the property with care. The contractors they have hired such as landscaper, snow removal, janitorial and management all care about the property and work for a reasonable fee. The Board of Directors have been very responsible with the assessments and have adequate reserves to handle any problem that may arise.
