Dear Homeowners,
It has been two years since we all had our dryer vents cleaned. According to our rules it is time to have this done again. We have arranged with Mister Natural (630-980-7571) to clean the vents for a price of $91.00 per unit. You do not have to use Mister Natural, but if you do, you must state that you live in Kingsport Estates West Condominium Association and you will receive that price.
Regardless of who you use, your dryer vents must be professionally cleaned and you must furnish the Board of Directors a copy of your paid receipt that the work has been done. Please put a copy of your receipt in the condo mailbox marked:
ATTN: Suzanne Kopp/Dryer Vent Cleaning
The vents must be cleaned by October 31st, 2023 or a fine will be assessed.
