Attention Kingsport Estates West Condominium Association Homeowners and Residents
With 2024 coming to an end, we have a few announcements:
- Our 2025 monthly dues are as follows:
Unit 1A – $245
Unit 2A – $257
Unit 1B – $271
Unit 2B – $273
- Unfortunately, we didn’t receive enough proxy form submissions for our board election to reach a quorum. If you still have yours, please fill it out and drop it off in the association mailbox on 1505. If you need a new copy, you can print a new copy from the news section on our site or directly at: https://kingsportestateswest.com/proxy-form-2024-election-1/
- The board handled numerous complaints about guest parking availability in 2024 and we ask that homeowners only use guest parking for their vehicles when absolutely necessary.
- Just as a reminder, we no longer require you to clear your porches for winter. We just ask you to remain sensible about what you leave out and don’t turn it into an outdoor storage area.
